Black Beauty!

Fia is a highly engaged, and beautifully developed German Shepherd—a dog that brings together enthusiasm, real-world experience, and growing protection capability. Developed through the system at Protection Dog Sales, she represents the next generation of home-raised, professionally trained family protection dogs.

Fia is all about attitude and engagement.

She is:

• Happy, upbeat, and full of life
• Highly motivated to work and interact
• Eager to please and quick to engage
• Social, confident, and comfortable in public

She brings a contagious energy—always ready to go, always ready to learn, and always tuned into her handler.

Real-World Upbringing

Raised in a Puppy Raiser home since 7 weeks of age, Fia has lived a full, real-world lifestyle:

• Car rides, travel, and public outings
• Hiking, biking, and everyday family activities
• Exposure to people, environments, and distractions
• Consistent interaction with handlers and family members

This foundation has created a dog that is comfortable anywhere and adaptable to anything.

Training & Obedience

Fia demonstrates a strong and growing obedience foundation with standout engagement:

• Focused off-leash heeling
• Quick response to commands
• Strong handler awareness
• Eagerness to anticipate and perform tasks

She already has a wide range of behaviors and tricks, including:

• Spin, shake, rollover
• Bark on command
• Sit pretty and more

These behaviors aren’t just for show—they build communication, responsiveness, and relationship.

Public Access & Stability

Fia has been extensively worked in public environments, including busy downtown settings with:

• Traffic, construction, and loud noises
• Crowds of people and unpredictable movement
• Wheelchairs, distractions, and tight spaces

Through it all, she remains:

• Calm and neutral
• Focused on her handler
• Responsive and reliable

This is what creates a truly usable protection dog in real life—not just in training scenarios.
