If someone has 30 years of "combined" experience, meaning several people together have worked a sum total of 30 years, one would expect numerous valid accomplishments that can be verified easily. The statement on its own means nothing. What has been achieved? That's what counts.
This is one of the most misused titles in the dog-training world. It can mean someone leads training for hundreds of military handlers, or it can mean someone runs a one-person business and gives themselves the title. You can be a "Master Trainer" too it requires no certification.
